Our name is inspired by our family's roots. Birch comes from Ashley's maiden name, Birchmeier, while Bean represents the coffee that brings people together every day. Together, they represent the heart of everything we're building.
As a locally owned family business, we believe the best coffee shops become part of their community. Whether you're stopping in for your morning coffee, catching up with a friend, grabbing breakfast before work, or bringing your kids in for a weekend treat, we hope Birch & Bean becomes a place you'll look forward to visiting.

Hidden inside our birch tree logo is a small heart carved into the trunk with the initials A + A + S + M — Alex, Ashley, Sawyer and Mackenzie. It's a reminder that Birch & Bean was built around family, and we hope every guest who walks through our doors feels like part of ours.
